There is nothing quite like an interactive installation and this one is not to be missed, filling the gallery tunnel in the House of Vans, Polyphonic Playground juxtaposes playground favourites with musical composition. Created by Studio PSK, the installation features a timber framework inspired by swings, slides and climbing frames, all re-created on an adult scale, this structure, paired with sound engineering allows for a playable musical instrument on a giant scale. Musicians will be scheduled throughout the exhibition to explore the ways in which the installation can be played as an instrument. A visual and musical treat to brighten up your week!
